Kinetic Arsenal Privacy Policy

Beringic Vale Games LLC respects the privacy of players of Kinetic Arsenal.

This Privacy Policy explains how Kinetic Arsenal accesses, collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information. It also covers information voluntarily submitted to Beringic Vale Games LLC in connection with Kinetic Arsenal, including support and privacy inquiries.

In this Privacy Policy, “Beringic Vale Games,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beringic Vale Games LLC, the developer and publisher of Kinetic Arsenal.

1. Summary of Kinetic Arsenal’s Data Practices

Kinetic Arsenal:

• Stores campaign progress and most gameplay information locally on the player’s device

• Does not currently require players to create a Beringic Vale Games account

• Does not currently provide a Beringic Vale Games cloud-save or online-profile service

• May display optional rewarded advertisements through Google Mobile Ads

• May offer optional purchases through Google Play Billing

• Does not receive complete credit-card, debit-card, bank-account, or Google account payment credentials

• Does not request precise GPS location

• Does not request access to contacts, calendars, health information, personal photos, personal videos, personal audio files, or private messages for ordinary gameplay

Although watching a rewarded advertisement or making a purchase is optional, advertising services may initialize as part of the app and process the advertising-related information described below.

2. Information Stored Locally on the Device

Kinetic Arsenal may store gameplay and preference information locally on the player’s device, including:

• Campaign progress

• Completed levels

• Best results

• Ball unlocks

• Ball upgrades

• Arsenal Token balances

• Gameplay settings

• Sound and display preferences

• Tutorial progress

• Purchase entitlements

• Other save-game information

Beringic Vale Games does not ordinarily receive this locally stored gameplay information unless the player voluntarily includes it in a support request, screenshot, recording, diagnostic report, or other communication.

Players can generally remove locally stored Kinetic Arsenal information by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Device or platform backup services may separately retain or restore app information according to the player’s device settings and the platform provider’s terms.

3. Advertising and Rewarded Advertisements

Kinetic Arsenal may use Google Mobile Ads, including AdMob, to provide optional rewarded advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following information:

Approximate location

The device’s Internet Protocol address may be used to estimate a general geographic location.

Kinetic Arsenal does not require precise GPS location for advertising or gameplay and does not intentionally request precise-location permission.

App interactions

Advertising services may process information about interactions involving the app or advertisements, such as:

• App launches

• Taps

• Advertisement requests

• Advertisement views

• Rewarded-video views

• Advertisement engagement

This does not mean that Beringic Vale Games transmits every ball selection, launch angle, level result, or other gameplay action. Gameplay information stored only on the device is not collected unless it is transmitted through a separately disclosed feature or service.

Diagnostic information

Advertising services may process technical and performance information, such as:

• App launch time

• Advertisement loading performance

• Hang rate

• Energy usage

• Device or SDK performance information

• Related diagnostic information

Device or other identifiers

Advertising services may process identifiers such as:

• Android advertising ID

• App Set ID

• Other device, app, or account-related identifiers used by the advertising service

Purposes of advertising-related processing

This information may be collected and shared for:

• Delivering advertisements

• Measuring advertisement performance

• Analytics

• Preventing invalid traffic and advertising fraud

• Maintaining security

• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

Depending on the player’s location, privacy choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or used only for technical delivery.

Where required, Kinetic Arsenal may present a consent or privacy-choice message before using information for applicable advertising purposes. Players may also be provided with an in-app privacy-options control to review or change available advertising privacy choices.

Google and participating advertising-service providers process information according to their own privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

4. Google Play Purchases

Kinetic Arsenal may offer optional digital purchases through Google Play Billing, including purchases involving:

• Arsenal Tokens

• Ball packs

• Ball unlocks

• Upgrades

• Extra balls

• Advertising removal

• Other digital game content

Google Play processes the financial transaction. Beringic Vale Games does not receive complete payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, or Google account passwords.

To provide, verify, acknowledge, consume, restore, refund, or revoke a purchase, Kinetic Arsenal and Beringic Vale Games may receive or process information such as:

• The product purchased

• Product identifiers

• Purchase status

• Purchase date or transaction time

• Purchase tokens

• Order or transaction references

• Entitlement status

• Refund or revocation status

Purchase history is collected only when a player voluntarily initiates or has previously completed a purchase.

Purchase information may be used for:

• Providing the purchased item or entitlement

• Restoring eligible purchases

• Preventing duplicate redemption

• Preventing fraud or unauthorized purchases

• Responding to refunds, reversals, or revoked purchases

• Maintaining accounting and compliance records

• Resolving purchase-related support requests

Beringic Vale Games does not sell purchase history or share it with unrelated third parties for advertising.

5. Player Accounts and Login

Kinetic Arsenal does not currently allow players to create or log in to a Beringic Vale Games account.

A player’s Google Play account is managed by Google and is not a Beringic Vale Games account.

Using Google Play Billing, downloading Kinetic Arsenal, maintaining a local save file, or viewing a rewarded advertisement does not create a Beringic Vale Games player account. In versions that include Google Play Games (starting with version 1.0.2), Play Games may sign in automatically using your Google settings, or you can choose PLAY SIGN IN. You can continue playing without signing in.

The game reads your Play Games display name to identify the connected profile. It keeps this name only during the current app session; it does not write it to your save file or send it to Beringic Vale Games servers. This integration does not request your email, password, contacts or friends list. It does not send Campaign progress, Mastery, upgrades or purchase records to Play Games. Signing in does not enable cloud saves.

Google processes gamer identity, service analytics and diagnostics through Play Games under its own privacy policy. The service can initialize when the app starts, even if you do not use the sign-in button. Play Games encrypts service data in transit, and Google controls retention of the information it processes.

Manage automatic sign-in, your selected account and profile visibility through Google Play Games settings. You can delete Google-held data for this game or your Play Games profile through the Play Games profile controls or Google My Account. This does not delete the local Kinetic Arsenal save.

6. Support, Privacy, and Other Communications

When a player contacts Beringic Vale Games, we may receive information voluntarily provided by that person, including:

• Name

• Email address

• The contents of the message

• Device manufacturer and model

• Android version

• Kinetic Arsenal version and build number

• Description of a technical problem

• Screenshots

• Screen recordings

• Save information or diagnostic details voluntarily supplied

• Purchase or order references

• Other attachments or information the person chooses to provide

We use this information to:

• Respond to questions

• Provide player support

• Investigate bugs and technical problems

• Verify or resolve purchase issues

• Improve Kinetic Arsenal

• Maintain security

• Prevent abuse or fraud

• Satisfy legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements

Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Company Website

The Beringic Vale Games website is hosted through Google Sites. Google may process technical information needed to provide, maintain, and secure the hosting service under Google’s own policies.

The Beringic Vale Games website does not currently use independent behavioral advertising.

Links opened from Kinetic Arsenal may direct players to the company website, Google Play, or other third-party websites in the device’s external browser. Once a player leaves the app, the privacy practices of the destination website or service apply.

8. How Information Is Shared

Information may be disclosed or made available to the following categories of recipients:

Advertising providers

Google Mobile Ads and participating advertising-service providers may receive approximate location, app interaction information, diagnostic information, and device or other identifiers for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Payment and storefront providers

Google Play processes purchases and may exchange purchase-status and entitlement information with Kinetic Arsenal as necessary to complete and manage digital transactions.

Service providers

We may use vendors or contractors that process information on our behalf to provide hosting, technical support, security, accounting, legal, or other business services.

Legal and safety disclosures

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or valid legal process

• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Beringic Vale Games, players, or others

• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations

• Enforce applicable terms or agreements

Business transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of company assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. Sale of Personal Information

Beringic Vale Games does not sell personal information for money.

Advertising providers may process and share information for advertising and advertising measurement as described in this Privacy Policy. Some privacy laws use broad definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where required, applicable privacy choices will be provided through the app, advertising-consent tools, device settings, or the contact methods described below.

10. Data Retention

Beringic Vale Games retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may depend on the type of information and why it is needed.

Local gameplay data

Local gameplay data generally remains on the device until it is deleted, the app’s storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Device backups may be governed separately by the player’s platform and backup settings.

Purchase information

Purchase information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide or restore entitlements, prevent fraud, respond to refunds and disputes, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.

Support communications

Support, privacy, and business communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document the resolution, improve the game, maintain security, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements.

Advertising information

Advertising-related information is retained by Google and participating advertising-service providers according to their own policies and legal obligations. Beringic Vale Games may not be able to directly identify or delete information independently controlled by those providers.

11. Data Deletion Requests

Kinetic Arsenal does not currently create Beringic Vale Games player accounts, so there is no Beringic Vale Games account to delete.

Players may request deletion of personal information or support records controlled by Beringic Vale Games by emailing:

The request should include enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.

When a valid request applies, Beringic Vale Games will delete or de-identify applicable information under its control, subject to information that must be retained for:

• Accounting or tax obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Security

• Purchase verification

• Legal claims or disputes

• Regulatory compliance

• Other legitimate legal purposes

To delete locally stored gameplay information, players may clear Kinetic Arsenal’s app storage or uninstall the app.

Beringic Vale Games cannot directly delete information controlled independently by Google or another provider. Players may need to use the provider’s account, device, advertising, or privacy controls for that information.

12. Player Choices and Controls

Depending on the applicable service and region, players may be able to:

• Decline to make optional purchases

• Decline to watch optional rewarded advertisements

• Review available advertising privacy choices

• Withdraw or modify advertising consent where required

• Reset or delete the Android advertising ID through device settings

• Clear Kinetic Arsenal’s local app data

• Uninstall Kinetic Arsenal

• Contact Beringic Vale Games to request access to or deletion of information under our control

Declining to watch a rewarded advertisement does not necessarily prevent the advertising SDK from initializing or processing limited technical information if the SDK is included and initialized in the app.

13. Data Security

Beringic Vale Games uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information.

Information transmitted by Kinetic Arsenal and its integrated Google services is expected to use encrypted connections, such as HTTPS or Transport Layer Security, while in transit.

No electronic storage, software, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children’s Privacy

Kinetic Arsenal is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

Beringic Vale Games does not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information to Beringic Vale Games may contact:

We will review the request and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

Age-of-consent requirements may differ by country or region. Advertising and privacy controls may be adjusted where required by applicable law or platform policy.

15. International Processing

Beringic Vale Games is based in Alaska, United States.

Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Google or other service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws of the player’s location.

Where required, information will be handled using legally recognized protections or contractual safeguards.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

• Kinetic Arsenal’s features change

• New SDKs or service providers are added

• Advertising or purchasing practices change

• New online services are introduced

• Legal or regulatory requirements change

• Google Play policies change

The effective date and last-updated date will be revised when material changes are made.

Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, store listing, or another appropriate method.
